Thanks for the links, four of them are new to me. The Simple Dollar has always been a great read but I can’t help but be drawn to the Positivity Blog, which sounds really interesting. There are so many reasons to stay positive; why not read it.

Hey Nick, I really identify with this post. Though I have no need to lose weight I feel that each of these points you make are really great motivational points for anyone working out… regardless of their weight. I actually just started working out this month to just trim up and get into better shape and I have done a few of these things on your list: Calendar, Pictures, and Motivational Reading. I’m actually reading Blue Zones right now; I’m in chapter two so it’ll be a few days before I get to have much of an in depth opinion on it.Thanks for stumbling over to my blog and getting involved; I will be reading more of your work in the future for sure.
