Thanks for the note!  I&#039;m glad you enjoyed the post. Enjoy the Blue Zones - that book is fantastic!  I read it twice, after I finished I went back and reread to really soak it in...I think the insights that he summarizes at the end of that book are critical to living a long healthy life.

Though I have no need to lose weight I feel that each of these points you make are really great motivational points for anyone working out... regardless of their weight.  I actually just started working out this month to just trim up and get into better shape and I have done a few of these things on your list: Calendar, Pictures, and Motivational Reading.  I&#039;m actually reading Blue Zones right now; I&#039;m in chapter two so it&#039;ll be a few days before I get to have much of an in depth opinion on it.
